After graduating from Douglas J Aveda Institute in Chicago in 2012, Nicole went on to specialize in hair cutting for five years in Austin, Texas. Three of those years, she honed her skills and focused heavily on men’s grooming. After moving back to Chicago in 2018, she redirected her focus and assisted Sal Misseri behind the chair five days a week, traveling with the Kaizen Education Team for classes of any subject, and working on photoshoots and editorial work around the world. Nicole is an integral part of Kaizen cutting team.
