AllilON academy was founded by Johnny Othona and Pedro Inchenko. As owners of Ena Salon, the Davines flagship salon in the UK, Johnny and Pedro forged their partnership based on values and skills cultivated during the decade they worked together at Vial Sassoon. Johnny’s passion for sharing secrets behind his coveted skill eventually led him to become leader of Sassoon’s Staff Training, confirming his long-term commitment to creating a legacy for others. Pedro became Vidal Sassoon’s youngest teacher at 18 and by 21 was leading the world renowned Sassoon Diploma course, managing one hundred students and a team of dedicated teachers. By age 25, Pedro had achieved Principal of Sassoon’s advanced Academy.

Together, Johnny and Pedro’s vision remains to utilize AllilON as an education vehicle within the industry and to teach at all levels thereby spreading the infectious enthusiasm for craft of hairdressing.

AllilON classes may be taken at the Academy of London, or booked on location in North America.
