As a Davines National Master Trainer and successful colorist for 25 years, Vicki O’Connor’s extensive background has benefitted countless hair professionals on both a national and international level. Her passion for teaching and emphasis on growth yields unparallelled training experiences for novice and seasoned stylists. Vicki believes that “nurturing a stylist’s confidence from consultation through formulation to execution” is critical for elevating industry experiences, and it shows each time she leads a Davines course.

Vicki’s relationship with Davines began close to 20 years ago as she was instrumental in launching Davines education in North America. However, she still finds time to serve as Technical Director of Hair Color for Kaizen and Reverie Salon. This invaluable expertise complemented by her enthusiasm for the industry makes her a true gem both in front of a classroom and behind the chair.
