Johnny Othona qualified as a stylist at the age of 19 before joining Vidal Sassoon, where he became a creative director at the age of just 23.

His passion is to educate and bring out strengths in others by developing, nurturing, and supervising the staff within the company, training future stylists and teachers. In 2008, Johnny realised his dream of bringing their own brand of education to the world with the launch of Allilon Education within their five-story townhouse salon.
