My philosophy in life and in work is ‘why fit in when you can stand out,’ and that stance is how I got into the industry in the first place. I was in the right place at the right time when I took a chance and started a full apprenticeship with Dee. Now I stand behind the chair I sat in as a guest when I’m not off educating and sharing my knowledge with the next generation. Why do I do it? Because I find joy in empowering others.

I absolutely love people and connecting with others. That’s why I love what I do so much; hairstylists are day makers! Someone’s day, outlook or mood can completely change after our time together. Having the opportunity to connect with so many different and amazing personalities is what makes this career so incredibly rewarding.

I frequently travel North America with Eufora International as a passionate educator and a featured artist. One of my favourite career highlights was my time at New York Fashion Week when I was chosen to style hair backstage with Eufora…dream come true! In addition to my hairstyling education, I also teach others about salon business and enjoy sharing my dedication to providing an empowering and people-focused guest experience.

In addition to the time I spend educating others, I also dedicate a lot of my time on my own learning. Continuing my education has mastered my technical cutting and finishing skills, allowing me to really stay on top of my game and the everchanging trends!

I make it all happen with balance! I love to getaway from the hustle and bustle by travelling to warm destinations and spending time with friends and family.
