Goal oriented, unrelentingly ambitious, and the continuous drive to grow are a few traits Holly Young strives to maintain while being an educator. The experience and training Holly has received and continues to pursue, will place her at the forefront of education in the salon industry. Her commitment and urge to expand her knowledge in the field of hair cutting, education, and leadership strengthens as time progresses. She has traveled to various locations in New York City, California, Chicago and Canada to partake in classes taught by world renown companies such as Vidal Sassoon, Allilon, and Kaizen Education. Holly currently works as a senior stylist alongside Christine Zilinski, a former Sassoon stylist/educator, at the reputable Salon Concrete in Red Bank, NJ since 2012.

Collaborating the Salon Concrete Leadership Team, Holly completed leadership and coaching training through John Maxwell, and committed to hours of communication training which completely changed the way she approaches education.  Holly wants to ensure that people who train with her get enveloped in the idea of self-care. Her passion for education and overall love for life will one day become theirs.
